Those are not the same. They have the same name but the BLC versions are account bound. The limiting reagent will likely be the boosts rather than the tonics anyway.

Also to the person who posted the angry post that was promptly deleted, this update is for the people who spent a lot of money on the cash shop to get utterly nothing festive at all. Calm the kitten down.

Does anyone know what type of dust we would probably need to craft these amazing tonic?

Since spider and candy corn tonic are level 200 and 300 recipe for artificer, would the other two tonic be req. 400?
