I’m trying to transfer to SOS, but this server is really full.. Can’t figure on what time shall I try to successfully transfer my account :/

I just started leveling up a ele, and I’m planning to do WvWvW with a 0-10-0-30-30 d/d build.

Reading guides here and there I’ve understood I need to stack vit/tough BUT what do I need between power and condition damage?

I’m going to use a tanky ele but still I’d love to do some real damage.

Which one offers the best dps increase?
