You don’t have a large enough population to support a team queue. If there was one, you’d be sitting there for an hour waiting for a pop.

This might be solved by enabling some form of team queue during certain hours.

It could artificially create a population spike big enough to support a premade queue.

Actually that would help averave players, bevause that way they would just fight against average players as well and never fight against those with hifg MMR up to legendary

This is something that happened in season 1 and i agree there would need to be something in place to prevent that.

They could fix it by making the league system purely reflect mmr and removing pips, but it would make higher leagues less accessible.

They could also fix it by making it so there’s an incentive to having a high mmr, like faster progression or shifting into an mmr league once you reach legendary prestige ranks.

the original ranked system in this game was something like the automated tournament where you even had to buy tickets to join for gems if im not wrong

eventually it proved to be an extremely poor and unpopular decision mostly because it was dominated by a very limited set of premades roflstomping everything

The original automated tournaments at launch were horrible. You could spam them, sync queue them, and you could just farm gems.

These new ones would gate participation to daily so that the same team can’t enter more than once a day, essentially turning it into a daily event rather than just another queue.

Also having them 3 times a day means that one premade can’t just dominate all the time, since teams will just enter the one they’re not participating in.

Automated Tournaments

I had this idea that could fill the content gap between premade ranked queues and AG/ESL tournaments.

What if there was a daily gated automated tournament with no player limit that occured 3 times a day, so as to cover all time zones. You would have to enter it as a team, and you could only enter once a day.

You would get Qualifcation Points depending on how you place in it, which would be needed to enter the monthly automated tournament. This one would have a limit to the amount of teams that can enter.

You could also use ranked team mmr to determine seeding, so that is isn’t pointless to queue as a team.

That’s because Anet decided that it would be smart to make condi cleanse completely random unless a condi is specified. If I recall correctly they said it made the game ’’flow’’ better.

So now I can enjoy blowing all my cleanses trying to hit that bleed, just like how I blow all my savings in slot machines.

PLEASE add a "Core only" pvp option.

I would be in favor of adding a Core only pvp option, but you have to realize that at this point it would be flawed.

If we go back to core, we would have to endure the lash of the spanking from classes that got buffed on core traitlines.

That would mean necro/warrior/thief would be on the upper floor of the dungeon, and provide us with 24/7 domination.

Anet needs to stop thinking up fantasies and put on the leather stuff. At this point the only way to revert powercreep is to put elite specs into submission or do a rollback to pre-HoT balance.

Turning spvp into a dungeon

Considering that most players that are still playing spvp after years of abuse are likely deep dark fetishists, I propose that we turn the whole entire spvp into a dungeon.

It would require Anet to go full master and finally help all pvpers achieve their deep dark fantasies.

Which devs would you guys choose to be dungeon masters? So far I think Karl would be the best for this role, due to his previous performance as a balance artist.

Can we get a new unranked special queue with no elite specs? I just feel build diversity and balance would be a lot better even if all you did was disable them.

Here is my feedback

- Phoenix still can’t blast wildfire

- Stowing rebound gives you the buff on self on a 3sec cd

-Traited wh skills are unaffected by rebound

- Overload wait + channel time is too long

- Traitline is worse than almost every core option

- Shout cds are too long

- Earth break bar gets removed almost instantly by soft cc

Tempest feedback from Scepter PoV

I play scepter dps ele in pvp at a decent level and I tried tempest in an Ar/A/T setup with scepter/focus. I was overall pleased with the sustained dps provided by overloading air and fire, which is something that scepter builds really lack. The healing skill was also great at saving other allies as well as myself, providing a 7k aoe heal even on marauder amulet.

However, the other overloads do not give enough to warrant using them other than out of desperation. The condi clear you have access to without the water traits is also very limited. The elite skill could be decent, but the cast time and delay on the buff make it hard to use. I did not really test shouts or warhorn since they didn’t work well with my setup.

Here are some suggestions to make the spec work a little better:

1: Lower charge up time for overloads to 3 or 4 seconds

2: Make a trait that gives you defence/disengage worth the 20sec lockout while channeling certain overloads

3: Nerf the heal to 5k base and add condi clear to it

4: Make the elite shout as well as its buff activate instantly

How about using another account or person as a proxy group, and then having all 4 buyers pay before sending any to instance? You could set up a stream of the run so the buyers can confirm its real.

Edd Siccorhands is from a guild CS, he made a fake GOAT guild. they were harassing my guild for months. The two people in this video are members of CS, Blueberry Pudding & Dhumm the original. This video was posted weeks ago and summarily DEBUNKED!

I didn’t participate in that. Stop blaming me for everything you see.
