Hello, I have a ticket regarding my account suspension because my account “may have been accessed by an unauthorized individual”, first submitted 9/04, and on 9/10, my ticket was updated saying that my access had been restored, but trying to login from the client just gave me the same error. I updated my ticket but there has been no contact from support since. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as posssible as its already been almost two weeks. ticket # 120904-004088
