Hello, my friend’s account terminated due to “tampering” with the game. But he didn’t used bots or whatever this means. He has only one hero lvl 80 on acc, and only about 20 gold on it. He didn’t play in months since release and started to play in february (1-2 hours of pvp or dungeons with friends per day or two). He asked support about what did he use, but got no answer except “The Guild Wars 2 Support Team takes extraordinary care to avoid mistakes. They use multiple detection methods. Any data collected by automated methods are reviewed by the most experienced members of the team.” Can u recheck his acc, because I assure you, he didn’t use nothing illegal or reply to him about his “crime”?
