When I choose the trait eagle eye (http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Eagle_Eye) I get a fury boon (~5s) on hit. This occurs on regularly, but not determistically (maybe there is a proc chance). It is possible to stack the duration of the boon. With attacking each MOB in sight I was able to maintain a constant 30s fury boon until I stoppped testing (~2min)
This occurs only with harpoon gun and longbow.
