Hi there. I’m posting on behalf of my friend since his account was compromised and the email or password was changed, he has no access to the gw2 forums since he can’t log in but does have a mobile authenticator. My friend tried the account recovery system however after typing in all the necessary details it ended up with an “An error has occurred. Please contact support” despite him having the correct details (email, character name, serial number). He submitted a ticket 3 days ago however he has received no reply. His ticket number is 966320.

My friend said he did get an automated response to change his email password and run a security sweep which he has already done. He recovered the deleted email messages however none of them were from anet (just random junk/spam messages).

What options does he have other than waiting? He’s becoming anxious and depressed about this issue and fears that the hacker deleted all his valuables (he already had a roll back so he can’t receive another one).

Anyone else experiencing a different sound when attacking with the GS auto? I hope this is just a sound bug and that Anet can fix this. Just like the strange sound when you cast out a chaos storm.

I’m not sure if anyone has posted this up yet but anyway…

Me and my party were going well in path 2 for Detha in AC, we did not skip any of the oozes or gravelings before entering the mortar room. Upon Detha’s completion of the second mortar my party wiped (had about 3 ghosts remaining when we all died) and respawned. On running back we discovered that more ghosts had spawned with the 3 extra from previous. This made completing the path quite difficult/impossible as it required us to waste a lot of time picking them off as they all aggro if one is hit. We had to restart the dungeon due to the ghosts targeting one person at a time.

I’m not sure as to why Detha died at the last mortar even though the ghosts from the previous mortar were not all killed yet. She should of died fighting them around the 2nd mortar or maybe respawned with us at Kholer’s waypoint
