Looking through the forums it looks like the only people who have succeeded recently (within the last year), have been lucky to catch it after a server reset :/

Please can you source a new drop location, perhaps the Legendary Giant Bloodstone Devourer in Silverwastes, as you seem unable to fix the current 2 events that this progression blocker is tied to.

The Branded Devourer Champ in Fields of Ruin is bugged as well now it seems.
I have tried for several hours over the last few weeks, but it never seems to spawn, although the event is showing as active.
Please can you fix one of these events so we can progress on our HOPE’s
