That was my best conversation ever:

Q: “Can you explain me which situation need over 13 days to resolve or respond ?”

A:“Ok, to wait 13 days is indeed not normal.”

Q:“Could you please tell me what is your incidence and your reference number? Thanks.”

A:“Sure.

That was 7 days ago when i wrote to the review topic.
After that i sent 2 or 3 mail for the support without any luck( i didn’t opened multiple tickets ).
I would be grateful if you could give me some information”

after that i got this answer:
“ok, so after looking a little bit I see that you had an answer for your incidence 9 days ago saying that it was escalated and then, 7 days ago, you received the “awaiting” review answer. This means that it is still not closed so I would recommend you to post it again in the following thread, explaining your situation up to this point.”

Yes thanks CPT Obvious. That was what i said 7 days ago i wrote to the review topic for some info but a forum reply is not enough after 13 day. Thanks for nothing and thanks for continue ignoring me. I waited enough for any response.
I don’t know why you are doing this but im a customer i paid for this game so i want answers finally!

P.S.
I don’t know how can you call this pathetic thing to support service
and yes this is a negativ comment because im a RMT worker, bot user, thief(not ingame…).
Thanks for the support team for this experience. This kind of ignoring is priceless.

it is hard to say. It depends on the situations and the different incidences but overall, the time of resolution has decreased. In any case, should your incidence remain unresolved for today, please post your reference number in the following thread. Keep on checking as Fabsm says though.
