Your server is ticking 400+ PPT. Sounds like the other servers already logged off. I’m sure that wasn’t a scout in the tower. More likely, it was someone grabbing supplies or a roamer. I have no doubt you could build a ram, run supplies from S camp to build it, and ram the gate without anyone responding.
Some questions I have to ask.
Was the first borrow after triggering the explorable path choice skipped
Did the troll spawn and was skipped
Was Kholer skipped
Were trash mobs aggroed previously before Detha at any time during the run and were they skipped with Detha peeling away from them.
If Detha died at any point during the run, was she fast ressed via waypointing or was it a manual resurrect.
- Skipped the first burrow bonus event.
- No troll spawn.
- Killed Kholer.
- Don’t recall.
- We did wipe in the spike trap room where you need to defend her. I think we ressed her.
She did trigger the defend her while she repairs the three turrets event. I’m inclined to think it’s not related to anything before that.
Problem description: Talking to Detha after traps are fixed does not allow her to trigger Ghost Eater spawn.
Steps to reproduce: In Hall of Champions, have Detha fix all turrets except for the North one. Leave North one a couple of ticks from fixing. Let Detha go to fix it while killing mobs at west. Detha gets knocked back (e.g. ranger ghost) further up north but fixes the turret, completing the defend event. Talk to Detha.
Expected results: Talking to Detha presents dialog to spawn ghost eater event.
Observed results: Interacting with Detha turns her around but doesn’t spawn the dialog to spawn ghost eater. She has the event icon over her head. She does not move to the center of the room.
Workarounds: None. Need to restart the run from scratch.
I’m guessing it’s related to the scripting for Detha. Possibly a race between the knockback and event completion with Detha moving towards the center of the room. I know all the devs are focused on HoT, but is it possible to get a fix for this in with the expansion? Also, why isn’t dungeon listed under Sub-Area for PvE in the report bug dialog (not meant as snarky comment)?
Did you ever get this resolved? I’m having similar issues and I have a similar tracert starting at hop 4 on yours. Hop 15 on my path (4.69.146.10) seems suspicious and looks very similar to your hop 10. Maybe Level3 is doing something un-kosher here. I e-mailed ANET support and they refused to do anything about it and told me to talk to my ISP. My ISP said everything was fine and I have no problems with other sites. From what I’ve learned, NCsoft has their own AS (AS30588) and they don’t pay Level3 for their connection. They seem to have some sort of peering arrangement with Level3 (http://bgp.he.net/AS30588) so Anet should have clout with Level3 (and anet tech support told me they didn’t have any relationship with level3. Lies!). Maybe they can ping their Level3 contact about it. Good luck trying to motivate your ISP or Anet to do anything about it though. If only I can figure out Level3’s contact info…

Happening to me as well. Game is unplayable, skills don’t fire and eventually I end up getting kicked.
