Guild Wars 2

I can’t accurately express what this guild means to me. I made friends who has become my online family in this guild. Most of them are in other guilds or games now but we are still close. Understandably with this guild having introduced me to so many lovely people it is special to me and I want to see it active again. As such Starduster has my support in making the guild come alive again.

To be honest at the moment the guild is pretty dead but if you want to be in a small guild that is slowly rebuilding where you have the option to influence things this may be the guild for you. Did I mention that we are actually nice people?

The people we do have playing every day are pretty active though and we like to do all kind of different things. One or two play a lot of WvW, a couple of us play PvP at least a few times every week then we of course have world bosses which some of us also do. Some do PUG dungeons regularly and a couple of us go kill Tequatl at least once every day. Then there of course is general PvE like world completion and jumping puzzles which I tend to spend a lot of time doing…

If you want to be in a small guild with a good possibility of getting to know people and making new friends, a guild that is more about the community than being the best this is the guild you want to join.

While I would prefer you contact Starduster for more info or an invite to the guild you can also contact me in game if you want more info or an invite as Starduster is not online at all times.

As Chief just said we are always looking for people especially people who just likes to have fun.

On Tuesday our guild’s next competition starts this time we will ve playing hide and seek during 5 rounds in the main cities. What I just said means that now would be a great time for joining us as you would be able to participate and meet us at a casual and hopefully fun activity.

At the moment we have 4 different weekly events and in some weeks we have more.

Monday evening starting on Monday we will be doing jumping puzzles for one hour.
Thursday Evening we try to do a weekly fractal run. The level of the fractal depends on the people there.
Friday evening we now have a sPvP event.
Sunday evening we do guild missions.

Add to it that some weeks we have events just meant to be fun or social. For example this Saturday we are either doing some killing in Orr or some WvW. We will see, it depends on what we feel the most like doing.

And yes you have indeed been here a respectable amount of time. You are always a pleasant person to have online and active in guild chat and I guess we may see you on TS a bit more in the future now that you have a working mic.

Seeing as you have been here a while now I can honestly say that you fit in nicely with us. One of the greatest things to see though is that you set up events for things you would like to do, in this case story dungeons. Of course the fact that you register for events and use TS makes me even happier, as I was saying you fit in great

I am very glad that you were persuaded to join us by your [insert adjective here] Aion friends Seeing as you are active in game, on our forums and TS you make a fine addition especially seeing as you are a nice and friendly person.

Now to me, I am Cathy which says everything right?
I have been in [CC] for almost 9 months now which I really don’t understand. In some ways it feels like I joined yesterday and in other ways I feel like I have known some of these people for years. I could go on and on about what the guild means to me but that would become way too touchy feely for the thing I am about to say

About 6 months ago I agreed to take over as ambassador of the guild and thus I have that honour and joy as we usually don’t have any drama in the guild. People here are among the most friendly and helpful that I ever met Add to it that we have conversations ranging from serious stuff to the most silly thing you have ever heard.

The guild is still active and doing events during the week some random and some planned which can be found in the calendar on our forums.

The only things left for me to say is that we are always recruiting so if you are interested sign up on our forums and join us, it is really that easy. If you have any questions about us feel free to ask me here or in game and I will do my best to answer

Welcome to the conclave
It is good seeing someone use our forums, sign up for events and on TS from day one. Now we are just looking forward to the day you have a microphone that works so we can stop this silly typing thing on TS

Welcome to you Aribeth from playing with you I can definitely say that you fit in great and the fact that you have already made your first event is a great thing, although it is for the wrong game Who even plays that weird game know as GW1? Oh, I promised to join that event I guess I will just go do what I came here for, writing my second post in this thread this time about my actual experience in The Conclave.

This week I suddenly became aware of the fact that I have now been in The Conclave for 3 months. For me it has been an incredible journey so let me tell you a story.

When I joined I had either one or two level 80 characters. Though I did have that much I was very green in most other areas of the game. Dungeons, WvW and PvP was all a foreign concept to me, PvP still is but now I have at least tried two or three games. For dungeons and WvW though I get a bit more experience every week and enjoy doing these two activities with the guild.

I joined The Conclave as a quiet and what could be seen as kind of antisocial person. I barely ever said a word on TS or in guild chat and usually played alone. By now I have a hard time believing that I am the person who joined 3 months ago as I now participate in conversations and I even initiate it at times I now also join guild groups for random stuff which is another thing I would never have done when I first joined. I simply didn’t have the confidence to do so even when I kind of wanted to join.

The thing is, I ought to thank the great people in this guild for all of the above mentioned things. They gave me the time I needed to start interacting on TS which is probably the thing I was most skeptic about when I was looking for a guild because who needs voice communication? By now I think everyone should have the teamspeak experience, though that may just result in a very noisy channel…

As you can gather from all of above I’ve had a great time in the conclave this far and I expect it to continue to be like that. Now did I remember to mention that we have great people?

Do you know what else we have? Different events during the week and seeing as people are always welcome to set up their own guild events I see no reason why that wouldn’t continue.

So the only thing left to say is:

Quaggans, how do they feel about sushi?

I can only add what has already been said that these people are friendly and helpful. Apart from that I have to warn people who consider joining about the amount of Quaggan crazy people present in The Conclave, it takes some getting used to but in reality we don’t talk much about Quaggans except from some days…

I guess I could mention the weekly events and the calendar but I won’t instead I will end this post. If you love, hate or don’t care about Quaggans this might be the guild for you so check The Conclave’s site and browse the forums and if you decide to write an application I’m sure you will be welcomed.

OK title says everything, only have two requirements apart from that:
1. You are active during EU afternoon/evening
2. You are a friendly bunch.

If you think I might be a fit for your guild please post a link to somewhere I can find more info about the guild. Now on to a presentation of me.

I am 26 years old and from Denmark. I guess that is the only personal information you will get from me now. That is apart from the fact that I currently have way too much time to play games and read things on the internet due to being unemployed.

At the moment I only play PvE but would like to try other aspects of the game. I haven’t run any dungeons due to me not being the biggest fan of PUGs, guild groups on the other hand is a different matter. I just told a lie, as I did one dungeon: Arah story mode (after it was made easier), that doesn’t really count though as it was a group with my brother and a few others.

I played a little WvW but only to get the explorer title, the one time there was a good commander on the map it was actually an enjoyable experience, apart from that I hated exploring in WvW especially the three identical borderlands.

I am willing to give all areas of the game a try as long as I am not “forced” to participate in any activities. I guess that I might as well add that I am generally helpful and if I have the opportunity to help I will do so even if it is a minor inconvenience to me.
