You will never know the answer, my tickets asking for any response about my case which is similar to yours are just being ignored, cannot explain it any different. next day my question tickets are ‘UPDATED’ by support staff that they checked the incident and it says that i can see the reply below which is never there, just blank space.

i want to see the reason of my suspension. it’s probably for a nick but its not offensive at all, its just name of saint person. can you just delete it and let me play? i did not deserved for over 50 hours of suspension, i play this game everyday since its been released and achieved much in it.
i deserved something more than instant block.
lost mine last hour game profit too!
Fffs lost all the todays daily too. Got fkin minutes to get it back which is just impossible. GIVE IT BACK
