They ban me right after i purchased 100 usd gems in game. This is crazy. 160 gone for nth. Is is possible for me to get refund back through paypal? 160 for two days is just crazy.

please help…my account is banned permanently, saying I have use a bot or other third-party program. I only went afk while I was working with my client. Please help! I have spent $100s on the game and the diamonds = =…this is crazy…the game is so fun and I keep inviting my friends to play, now I am the only one who cant join them. How ironic is that.
Please help!!!
