Guild Wars 2

I’m having a problem with the champion fight in the Retribution quest of the personal storyline. I’ve gone through to the champion twice in this quest and any time I get him low he proceeds to heal himself to full with several heals in quick succession, having not used it at all before in the fight. At this point most if not all of the NPCs are down. I’m playing a 74 sylvari mesmer.

Edit: I’m not leaving the platform so it’s not a reset.

This has just happened again in Triskellion Vale. Beat the Champion, went up the balloon thing and the chest opened as I was walking up, didn’t give me an “open” option as others have and I didn’t get any loot out of it. Rather frustrating.

I’m not sure if this is actually a bug or if I just have a much worse memory than I believe, but several times, about 4, over the last few days I have completed a Balloon ride quest, with gold level completion, and gone to the top of the tower only to have the chest already be open when I get there and receive no loot. Most recently this happened in Greyhoof Meadows – Kessex Hills. I don’t remember ever coming here to do this balloon. It also happened in Snowden drifts yesterday.

I’m playing a level 40 Sylvari mesmer, if that’s at all relevant. Other people didn’t seem to have a problem with the chests I was at.
