Similar problem. I can play the game fine on my already created characters. However, when trying to create a new one, the screen turns black as soon as I click create. The music still plays, the cursor still moves, and I can still alt+tab.

I am looking for a guild who is laid back and enjoys playing PvE and the occasional dungeon (when I am capable). I am in my later 20’s, so I don’t want to deal with any silly requirements such as attempting to make me represent your guild. I deal with such things enough in real life. If I like the guild, I will gladly represent it. I just want some laid back people to game with every now and then
