I made several purchases of fine transmutation stones on the Gem Store over the past few days and none of them have been delivered to me. This is quite annoying as I have a few items that I wish to transmute, but I could foresee it being a major issue for people who are using real money to purchase gems to be used on the Gem Store. It was working fine for me not too long ago and then it suddenly just stopped.
