Hi Velex, I’d be up for this I think, depending on how things fit round my RL schedule

1) Wayfarer Foothills – Farming carrot nodes, the “bot” popped up next to the new flame and frost camp and gathered some carrot then logged off again without making any other movements.

So I take it LOVE don’t have an alliance presence?
Weird, as from a PvE perspective they would appear to be the largest guild on the server.

The alliance was created and formed by guilds interested in WvW which is a form of PvP not PvE, so please do not be offended if you were not approached LOVE. That being said, any guild in ROF which plays a part in WvW no matter how small is more than welcome to join the alliance and share their opinion on upcoming WvW fixtures / tactics etc.

Just to mention, LOVE United [LOVE] were actually approached whilst on one of our WvW guild events but we respectfully declined because as our good friend Commander Hawkaii (Monkeybullet) stated, the alliance itself is mainly focused on WvW and we felt that since our guild is filled by a majority of PvE players it wasn’t appropriate to join the alliance at this time.

We do however fully support the alliance and all it is trying to achieve. LOVE United supports Ring of Fire’s WvW efforts where we can, we currently hold two WvW events each week where the majority of our guild join in the fun!

Look forward to fighting alongside those in the Alliance and those thinking of joining us on Ring of Fire and of course those looking to have some fun fighting against us

What about the LOVE guild :L they kicked our kitten yesterday.

We were invited to the alliance, but respectfully declined as we are a focused social guild with strong ties to mostly PvE. When we do WvW and we can “pack a punch” when we join in the fray.

@Tichai Yeah we weren’t bothered about how much siege we were using, we were there for fun and that alone. You all supplied us with epic battles! you guys defended that Bay like it was your last stand! we just couldn’t seem to get past the “kill box” just inside the inner gate.

@Steelo So it was you coming over the side! hehe.. nice work I think there was 3 GH and 3 WSR that seemed to take it in turns to attack our trebs I was that mesmer there trying to defend them :P

Yeah we were all having a good time so stuck too it! I did notice that most of your defence had left when we eventually got it!

Just wanted to say we at “Love United” had an epic battle last night (before reset) trying to take Bay in GH borderlands. Great defence by GH (and a few WSR players that kept harassing our trebs!) and thanks for the really fun battles at the camp!

I think it took us around 3-4 hours in the end lol but we did eventually claim it.

As far as GH coordination goes it definitely felt that as soon as we got close to taking Bay the number of defenders increased, so nice job there.

Overall wanted to say that we as a guild had a great time even though we didn’t get as far as we usually do on our WvWvW night

We obviously try to take over as much as we can, sometimes it doesn’t work out that way. But we still had some great battles!

We are not a WvW guild but everyone in our guild enjoys the event when we do it. The important thing to us is that everyone has a good time. So thanks again! and see you on the Battlefield this week.
