I’m having the same problem, and it’s super frustrating to have something this small be blocking my progress. Help?
Edit: I found the problem. There were some hidden mobs near Eir, almost completely off the map, that got summoned as well. I don’t know how or why they were no where near the horn, but after I killed them, it worked again.
