To start off I just want to say I absolutely love Eternity, it is a really great legendary but it has some things wrong with it. I’m not sure if these things are intentional or bugs but in my opinion they should be fixed or changed.
1. Footsteps:
- Eternity’s footsteps are just Twilight’s footsteps with slightly different colors. They look good but they don’t fit with the theme of “A combination of Twilight and Sunrise” I think they should have more oranges and blues in them and maybe shine a little brighter.
- The purple smoke that comes off the steps looks really awkward. Right now it is just a puff that comes and goes after the footstep is down. While it’s a good idea it should not pop up after the footstep is laid down, it should come at the same time and maybe linger for a little while. Almost like a mist more than smoke.
2. Aura
- The purple smoke aura, like the footsteps, is a great idea but was implemented oddly. It is just random puffs of smoke coming out of your armor, there’s no consistency. the smoke instead should puff out at first then swirl around you. Right now this aura is just too messy.
3. Unsheathing
- Twilight and Sunrise have beautiful unsheathing effects but they don’t carry over to Eternity, Why? If the unsheathing effects could be added to eternity it would be so much better, maybe it could get its own unsheathing effect like a purple burst with orange and black tints.
4. Projectiles
- Again something Twilight and Sunrise have but not Eternity. On the two other greatswords skills like Bladetrail, Binding blade, Mirror blade, and Whirling wrath throw the legendary instead of the default greatsword. So why cant Eternity? It should throw twilight or Sunrise depending on which is showing.
These are just suggestions and i’m not trying to be whiny about anything. I just want this amazing weapon to be as great as possible for being the most expensive weapon in the game.
