Hi, I’m trying to get my asura thief the Whisper’s set helm. I traveled to Deadend Cave, but couldn’t find the Armor Requisitioner in Chantry of Secrets. Do I need to be a member of the Whisper’s faction to see the NPC and purchase stuff from him?
