you guys really think people should just lay down and take it when they tell people “too bad. Our server kinda bunked out and you lost your best items. Move on” OKAY forum champions. You should be working with people that have game issues rather than supporting ANET in their “grab the cash and run” campaign.

I’ve made a post on this thread. A person has an issue of a similar nature and one of your employees posted a response that is not sufficient in that it doesn’t solve the problem. Money was spent to attain the item by purchasing gems and converting it to gold. There was a glitch in your system, server side, which caused the item to disappear. This glitch was confirmed not to be the fault of the player.
You have lost an item of cash value and are responsible to replace it. I have the same issue. The Vision of The Mists has disappeared from my item holding/bank. if both items are not replaced than I see no other option than to have cash refunds in the instance where items go missing. These items now have cash value and are your responsibility since they are in your possession.
