After playing the game since head start I have finally gotten round to making a list of little changes (i think they little) that would improve general game play. I have not put in some of the more common ones like TP preview. So here they are in no particular order:

1. Guild Calendar – some kind of upgrade that allows the guild to have an editable calandar in which events can be made and all the rest.

2. Guild Chat Channels – another channel for guilds. Could be made to be for specific things or as an officer channel via modifying guild rank permissions.

3. Prominent Chat Alerts – A setting in the options menu to make certain chat channel posts more eye-catching/noisy.

4. Guild Capes – I know that the charr have an issue with this, but would be cool to get guild capes.

5. Guild Member Details – Extra details added to the roster, for example: last date representing guild, guild joining date, some kind of alt viewing system.

6. Market Graphs – Graphs showing price history, as well as sell and buy prices etc.

7. Guild Advertising Area – in each capitol put a intractable notice board, where for a price, guilds can advertise themselves for recruitment purposes.

8. Warbanding – Please see how warbands worked in WAR, add some more fluff, and integrate in conjunction to the commander system. Maybe even create a ‘party leader book’ where when ‘squaded up’ each party leader has to have been trained using the book.

9. Render Quality – Improve rendering of party portraits.

10. Character Select Background- I never quite understood why the background is ‘guild wars 2 style white’, when you have created so many beautiful areas which I think would make much better back drops for the character select screen.

Thats about it. Hope some can be implemented without to much hassle.

Completely second this. (I believe this will be one of the major contributing factors to the success or failure WvW.)

Devs please look at the way the party joining and organising system worked in WAR. The warband structure was the best way to organise large groups of players I have ever seen. There was also the join open ‘parties/warbands’ allowing un-guilded player or as we dubbed them pugs to join large groups of players. Guilds could close their warbands and thus control the players in the warband. You could also make parties leaders (as a warband was 4 parties) and all the rest.

Please get this kind of functionality in the grouping of players in WvW.
