Maybe we just killed her really quick then, I’m still confused as to why after the ghosts were killed, we could kill Faolain while she was talking to Caithe, without her fighting back at all

Yeah but she only appeared once, and didnt revive any ghosts, she didn’t really do anything

I just ran Twilight Arbor Story Mode and at the end, when you finally confront Faolain something just seemed wrong. While fighting the ghosts of Destiny’s Edge, she randomly appeared and when we attacked her she took A LOT of damage for a champion, then disappeared. When the four ghosts were defeated, we got a notification that we had driven Faolain from Twilight Arbor, and then Faolain reappeared to talk to Caithe. As they were talking, Faolain could still be attacked. So we attacked her, and right after she said her last word in the sequence, we killed her and got to loot her body. This just didn’t feel right, especially since we could kill her as she was talking, and I don’t know what would have happened if we managed to kill her before she was done talking. Anyone else encounter this bug, or is it just suppose to be this way?

Advice for first time with a PUG

I have run a few dungeons with the small group of friends I know who also play GW2. However, as time has gone on they have played less and less so we never have enough people to run dungeons. I have kicked around the idea of playing with a pick up group for a little while now and was hoping for some advice on how to be successful with one. I am a level 80 elementalist with full exotic armor and mostly use a staff. What advice do any of you have for running with a PUG? Are most people you play with helpful and willing to work with others, or do people tend to be rude? Also, if other elementalists would like to share what builds/weapons they find to be most useful in dungeons it would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help you guys can offer

The level 80 mission called The Steel Tide (I’m 98% sure that’s the right name) for me is bugged to the point where I cannot play it. When you are suppose to use the tank to hold off the waves of Risen, the tank is unusable. Trying to aim causes the camera to freak out and I stop using the tank. Also, there seems to be lots of invisible walls around the tank that prevent my movement. And if Risen get too close to me (because I can’t aim the tank to halt their progression) they just fall over dead. Anyone else have this problem, or know of a solution to it?

I think that a dungeon chat should be added along side map, guild, and party chat. That way, instead of people spamming map chat with requests for groups, there would be one consolidated place where people who are looking for people to run dungeons with could go to find people.

Daily Achievements

I would like to see the daily achievements change every so often. Perhaps every time the WvW battles changed, the dailies could update for that week, or at least when the monthly achievements turn over. Adding karma as a reward for doing dailies was nice, but they still feel like a grind and really not worth it since they’ve been the same for so long. I think it would change the game up a little and be a nice change of pace

Legendary Precursor Quests

A lot of people have been complaining that the system to get the legendary precursors, saying that too much luck is involved and players can invest insane amounts of time and gold for nothing in return. What if, instead of dumb luck in the Mystic Forge, there was an NPC in Lion’s Arch who would take you to a dungeon of some sort. The NPC would charge say 25-50 gold per trip and at the end of the dungeon you could get a part of a legendary precursor. After 4 runs you would have all 4 parts, and could put them in the mystic forge, and depending on prices it would still cost 100-200 gold to get. Or to make it harder, you could unlock a mystic recipe for each piece and each of the 4 pieces would require a lot of stuff to make (such as 100 loadstones, 250 globs of ecto, etc. per piece) to keep the economy in tact, while giving the player a guaranteed way to get the precursor. Finally, all four pieces should be account bound to prevent bots from running it endlessly and selling the pieces on the Trading Post.
