it’s been 8 days since I sent my first ticket, I have been very patient and I’ve always understood that you ought to have collapsed during these days, but eight days with no response when earlyer tickets have been answered _ it does not seem fair.

The two tickets that I still currently open are:

120902-013128 -> 02/09/2012
120904-006767 -> 09/04/2012 (prioritized)

I closed this to avoid having too many open tickets:
Closed 120831-018385 31/08/2012

The first of all (but this did not have any information and therefore not very useful to you is this: 120830-009843) I put it to prove that I sent my first ticket the day 29/30.

I hope at least a first response of  ArenaNet team to my problem. If you can’t help me now, at least tell me: you won’t get help within 5 days

i have been banned for 8 days now… Please, i would be very grateful if my tickets were answered soon …

i made a ticket in the 29th but i wrote it in spanish and without information, these two tickets are sooner because i sent them for prioritizing my issue.

120902-013128

120904-006767 —> this is the latest ticket but i think it’s the most useful.

If i need to prove my 29th ticket say it to me and i will write it here for you.

Sorry for sending more than one ticket, but i didn’t know at first how to update tickets.

oh, thanks for answering Taiance, thought it was referring to the first ticket date, not prioritized.

8 days since I sended my initial ticket ( 28th August ), my account was banned for gold selling ( I suppose i was hacked ) i’d be thankful if you answer to my ticket, i paid for a game and i haven’t been able to play for 8 days…

In your last update you say that prioritized tickets before 2 sept. have been answered, i think i prioritized my ticket correctly and i haven’t been answered yet. I please ask if you can say to me what i am doing wrong or if you can answer my ticket.

My account was perma-banned for being involved in gold trading operations or game items for real money. I suppose that my account was hacked because i never did that. I sended a ticket on August 30 and never had an answer.
