My brothers account was hacked a week ago. He has been trying everything to get his account back. He filed a ticket with all info needed (even quadruple checking everything) He tried to do the automated account recovery but the hacker changed the email associated with the account so he said that didn’t work for him.

I understand you all are super busy but please restore his account. So frustrating to have a game we’ve anticipated for years and not be able to play together. Thanks and keep up the great job. His ticket number is 120902-017477.

My brothers account was hacked well over 72 hours ago. He put in a ticket checking thoroughly that all info needed was provided. He received the automated response but hasn’t had his account restored yet. He would have posted this himself but his log-in info was changed by the hacker so he can’t log in lol. Please help him.
