now it is day 14 and still counting and my issue hasn’t been resolved.

I’m requesting for urgent help on behalf of my sister. Her account stated in incident 121111-002402 got suspended for no reason on 11-11 with a generic response. ArenaNet staff wouldn’t provide clear reasons why they suspended my sister’s account. Anyway, it has been 13 days and the issue hasn’t been resolved. My sister did everything ArenaNet asked her to do and still no accessing to the game.

This is ridiculous to a whole new level. You guys are quick deleting posts when players complaining about bots but when a legit player gets suspended twice in a month for no reasons no real actions taken from your end.

My sister’s account should be rewarded for ArenaNet’s mistakes.

I need to kittening rant before ArenaNet takes down my thread.
I have been farming at Cursed Shore for so many weeks now, but today I have witnessed the exponential growth in number of bots. There are 3:1 bots to actual players. What is ArenaNet doing? They need to wake up and destroy these bots before the whole servers are infested by them. ArenaNet, you to know you’re lazy when other popular gaming sites are complaining about bots in GW2.

Please do something about it!

ok I was doing events at Modniir Gorge and I was in the camp full of Modniir where there is a giant treasure box. I got ganked by like 30+ modniir mobs and died of course. There were these 2 bots both with the name lucy and something else before and after the names. Both are guardians and were taking on 30+ mobs at the same time. They reappear and disappear from a short distance constantly and when their health gets low BOOM! auto generate back to full health. I have seen them taken down 30+ mobs at the same time. and constantly auto generating health… On top of that bots are still roaming at Penitent Road like that owns the hunting area. I have been reporting the same bots for the past 3 weeks and no actions taken by ArenaNet… I guess once ArenaNet has your money they really don’t care players’ concerns.

Hello, for the past 3 weeks I have witnessed an increasing number of bots at Penitent Road north and south Waypoints. I have reported these players but it seems ArenaNet is too busy with other tasks. Anyway, it gets to the point where there are more bots than actual players camping and this scares me because I hope this is the not the state the game is heading to.
