Grrrrr so mad. 1st time doing event, didn’t get the mask because of bug (but did get my 25 ToT bags). Now the next two times, I get the mask, but no ToT bags.

Submitted a bug report in game…..sadly I doubt they are going to replace the ToT bags that were not distributed

I got mine today too, but still missing yesterdays….submitted a support ticket (As I had to go to the hospital and therefore could not get a screenshot so support ticket is my only mobile option) and have not heard anything back on that yet either.

Im very upset at the lack of response about this. In less than an hour the daily is going to reset and im guessing we are just going to be outta luck.

same here…did my 5 dailies (ambient killers, daily kills, gatherer, daily events and leveler in that order) and did not get a chest! How is this going to be fixed?!

are they both in Plains of Ashford? Sorry if I’m being a pest but I’ve had it happen in 3 places of Plains and wasn’t sure if you were talking spots within a zone or a zone in general…

Siccing level 31 creatures on people who are downleveled to 11 or 12 is not a challenge, it’s just mean. I opened a present with 4 level 31 creatures in it and me and the 4 other people who were there all got one-shotted. It’s just not possible. 3 of us were engineers and even laid all of our possible turrets out to try and distract them so we could hit them and we still hardly even got a shot in before killed.

Is there an update as to when this is going to be fixed? I will be traveling with family for most of Wintersday so I only have a few days to participate and I hate not being able to open presents. Very much not happy.

I had this happen as well, 3 times, all in Plains, in 3 different areas, one south of agnos gorge, one right near the waypoint near agnos gorge and once near the harpies heart

I just had this happen twice in 30 mins….both times on a lvl 32 Asura Engineer, in Plains of Ashford, effective level 12, spawned Skritt that were level 31, wiped me and another guy out. One present was just south of agnos gorge, the other a bit southwest of there.

Didn’t get my presents either time and that was even with setting up turrents and stuff to try and distract them
