WOW great new trailer…Wish I could Play…..Come on..why is this taking so long..
This is not good for your fan base that has waited so long to play and most of us probably preordered and totally supported this game….

I’m being very patient about this and every day I come home to check if just MAYBE I received some type of reply or email and still nothing. I have been locked out since the 4th.. Maybe even before that since I didnt play for a day or two…

All we ask is for some type of reply or word from you that it will be soon.. I dont think that is too much to ask for. Customer service is a LArge part of any business and keeping your customers informed is the number 1 thing that will keep us patient.

Please already give us some information other than the same old automated reply that means nothing.

Oh God …a phone number…whats that..That would mean they would have to deal directly with a persons voice…..An actually resolve the problem right away

just sucks cause I was really enjoying the game..Never had this happen an Ive played dozens of MMO’s since Everquest…Guess i dont understand that if its so easy to Ban an account why is it so hard to unban it?

Hahaha…Same thing here 72 hours and i get an automated reply to change my password…So I did anyways and still banned… replied to there email and got same automated message back…Good God!!!!

just changed password and authenticated email and tryed to log in and still BANNED… Grrrr…I just want to play a game that i was really enjoying for the first time in a while…

I dont understand why its so hard to reactivate these when it was that easy to ban them all so quickly..

Ok im now going on 4 days of being banned for this hacking issue. Maybe this was my fault for using a poor password but im beyond that now and would love to begin playing again tonight.

Anyone had theirs resolved yet? How long did it take and how did they resolve it?

well i just noticed like 8 password resets in my email account so I know I was hacked for sure i guess..SOB

This is a real bummer cause for the first time in a long time I was really enjoying a Good MMO…Have a feeling this is going to take forever.

Came home from work today and tryed to log in to find I was permantlly banned..
Not sure why or how but think i was hacked..I logged in 2 days ago and found silver missing and sent a ticket in then but got no response…
Sigh….was really enjoying this game

Just logged in an I am banned also..Says some type of exploit..I played last night and came home from wok an now this…I logged in 2 days ago and was missing 22 silver and sent a ticket with no reply and now im banned…Sent another ticket ..now what?
