Guild Wars 2

Description: A conversation between the NPC Emer Whipmane and my Charr Thief during one of the cutscenes in My Story (when I have to apprehend my sire) shows some of the dialog is spoken by the wrong character.

Current Dialog:
Emer Whipmane: “Progress, Legionnaire. It took some doing, but my scouts finally tracked down your runaway sire.”

Me: “For the record, I’m only telling you this because Tribune Brimstone got involved. If not for him, I’d have Vallus’s head in a bag by now.”

Emer Whipmane: “Noted. Now, for the record, drop the insubordinate attitude and tell me where Vallus is.”

Emer Whipmane: “He’s holed up near Dunrock Gulch. If we move quickly, in force, we can pin him down and stop this before it goes any farther.”

Me: Agreed. I’ll meet you at the Gulch. Do nothing until I arrive. If Vallus is dead when I get there, I’ll put your head in a bag and set it on fire."

Expected Dialog:

NOTE: The impact of this, as far as gameplay is trivial. Only the impact to the plot within this scene is affected. Sadly, short of getting the voice actors back in to properly re-record the dialog, there’s little that can be done about this.

Steps to reproduction:

1. Speak with Drottot Lashtail
2. Purchase Recipe: Drottot’s Poached Devourer Eggs
3. Double-click to consume recipe
4. Go to any Cooking Workstation
5. Select “Poached Egg”
6. Note recipe components

Expected result: Player can use the devourer eggs gathered during Drottot’s event to create the named recipe which would be different from regular “Poached Egg” which uses regular eggs purchased from cooking merchant.

Impact: Minor

Note: While this recipe does function in the strictest sensae, the name of it is a bit misleading and may result in players holding on to extra devourer eggs gathered during the event, only to find that there is no way for them to use them for the recipe.
