Rank 8 on the leaderboard has 10 wins and 3 loses.
Rank 10 on the leaderboard has 11 wins and 3 loses.
Rank 15 on the leaderboard has 11 wins and 9 loses.

Goes to show how unstablised the TPVP SoloQ leader-board is at this point in time if players with less than 20 matches can be in the top 15.

Are we are ranked by our raw Glicko-2 ratings? If so, I suspect that this issue would be resolved by subtracting some multiple of the deviation.
