My party just had this bug too, after an hour of fractals and this being our last before Maw. We’re stuck here but finished the last boss.

Bump! We’ve recruited a few great members since posting this after some real smooth Arah trial runs. But we’re still looking to add to our numbers for dungeons!

Zerk Wars [Only] is now recruiting experienced players to join our dungeoning crew.

Zerk Wars [Only] is a guild built by dedicated players who’s main goal is to finish content efficiently in a fun and encouraging environment. We pride ourselves on being hardcore players who work well together as a team.
If you’re a player who’s main focus is dungeoning and you are interested in contributing and learning, [Only] is the guild for you.

What we don’t expect:
We don’t expect you to be a super talented “professional” player. All we ask is that you are willing to learn and be open minded towards others ideas. We all start somewhere.
We don’t expect you to run a certain build. All we ask is that you run something beneficial to the rest of the group. Build suggestions are on our website.

What we do expect:
Represent our guild unless you’re representing another guild for all guild missions as we only have guild bounties unlocked at the moment. Any other arrangements will need to be listed in an application and approved by an officer. We are not an LFG Guild!

Use Mumble to communicate effectively when we are speed-clearing dungeons and running through other hardcore content. A mic is recommended but not a requirement. All we ask is that you come on and listen. The inability to do so will result in your application being denied.

Work well in a team-environment. To be able to go through dungeons in record speed you need to be able to cooperate with other guildies to get through tasks as quickly as possible.

Have a Warrior, a Guardian or a Mesmer. Some exceptions can be made, pm for further details. In casual dungeon runs you may run whatever, but it is nice to have one of the three classes above as we can make optimal party compositions with them. You may choose to be tested with either of the three classes. (Testing information below)

Whether we’re doing our daily dungeon tours or our daily Fractal 48’s you can expect fast, painless dungeon runs as long as you meet/follow the requirements and are willing to learn!

How Applying Works
If all of this sounds good and you’re ready to speed through some dungeons with us, you may submit an application here! Once an application is submitted an officer will pm you when you are next online. If your application is accepted you will be given a 2 week trial period. You may schedule your trial runs for whatever times are most suitable for you. (A base of 3 trial runs is needed.) After your trial runs are complete you will need 2/3 officers approval to be a permanent member. Within those 2 weeks If you do not schedule/show up for the trial runs, your 2 week trial period will end and you will be kicked from the guild. You may re-apply unless this becomes a pattern.

I agree, everything about my Bifrost seems EXACTLY the same, except for the projectile effect. The rainbowness pale’s in comparison to the new Dreamer. The rainbow bolt is cool, but I wish it was a little bigger or exploded into rainbows or something. I’d much rather have a GIANT rainbow pony shoot out of my staff than a tiny rainbow bolt. Kinda disappointed, and hoping they will fix the Bifrost to match up to it’s rainbow legendary sister weapon.

I completely agree! Bifrost is the definition of flashy and bright, but it seems like now it’s just on the backburner. I was looking forward to being even more glowy with mine (and don’t get me wrong, the new projectile was a GREAT addition), but I’m really disappointed with how little attention it got. Especially after seeing The Dreamer’s new updates, which are over the top in comparison.

In an hour or so (7PM EST) Blackgate (NA) is going to rally at Fort Trinity to open Balthazar. Please come if you want to open it too, and bring friends.

Zerk Wars [Only] is a new and active guild located on the Blackgate server. We’re looking for people that love to run dungeons, fractals, and content together. Though still a fresh guild, we’re very active and talkative, and want more people who are looking for just that.

We focus on: Daily dungeon speed runs (but are always willing to help new players and teach them the basics), daily Fractal 40+ (again, willing to help members level), having fun in a casual, stress-free environment.

We dabble in: Organized WvW strike teams, organized PvP teams, guild activities and more.

We are a laid-back, helpful guild with new and seasoned players. We have a Mumble server for voice communication & our own new forum which you can sign up on. You will not be a stranger in this guild. If you join us, you are one of us.

Also: We DO NOT require all members to be on Blackgate, because 99% of our activities can be done through guesting. And we DO NOT require 100% rep, unless you’re steamrolling through dungeons with us.

I’m with you on that, Chimera. I’ve been pretty much checking the forums daily for months to see when I can change my main’s name. I really, really hope that it comes this month. I don’t even care how much it is.

This was the “huge update” that we’ve been waiting for. I was hoping a Name Contract would be a part of that. Alas, no.

Does this mean we have to watch for the next “big, exciting” update to see this finally added? When will this possibly happen? When can we receive an answer that isn’t so vague?

Thank you so much for getting back to all of us. I can begin to relax and wait for my weapons to return to their original state.

It’s been since October that this feature was announced. I don’t understand why we can’t hear anything about it yet!

I agree, I want to know when.

I completely agree. I was really, really looking forward to this today, crossing my fingers that name change would finally be implemented into the game. It was even kind of suggested on wiki.

It’s incredibly frustrating. I just want to spend some gems on it, already.

I know, this is freaking me out. I worked so hard on these weapons SOLELY for the crazy glowy particle effects, and now they just look like plain low level skins.

My Vision of the Mists, Abyssal Scepter, Whisperblade, Chaos Gun, and Illusion no longer have glowy effects and now just look like regular weapons. Could someone please tell me this is just a temporary glitch?!
