When balance came up I thought on submiting a ticket to replace my 5x {+5 Vitality 9 Agony Resistence} for 5x {5 Power +9 Agony Resistance} since the cost to make both are the same. But then I was kinda shy.
For me, having +25 power or +25 vitality is not a big deal, but sometimes my OCD ticks and my DPS asks for moar powah =]

So today I went fractal with 2 tempests, 1 necro, me as DH and 1 PS
I saw that one of the tempest had the lowest DPS.
Guess what? I did not care about it. He was playing watter attunement all the time healing a lot, probably with support build.
We didn’t speedrun that fractal, but our HP were full for at least 90% of the run.
Our party even enjoyed playing with that solid composition.

Now picture a Gorseval with your party dealing 40k DPS. And then you see your thief with 2k DPS almost losing to magi druid. Without dps meters you would assume he is playing fine because of his rotation which is relatively easy.
What you do then?

TL;DR:
DPS meters do not make people toxic. People are already toxic and they will keep finding excuses to kick you out of raids.

It would improve a lot my healing effectiveness playing as a druid

My main is a thief.
I remember when start playing guild wars 2 I spent contless hours watching streams and ytb videos studying gameplay and figuring out combos and builds and improving my reflexes on evasion and countering other classes.

Now I can land several combos and read other classes applying interrupt right on time in most of cases.
This makes my thief hit hard and kill new players in few seconds.

Then I wonder how many of those players are flooding forum asking for nerfing considering they have not even taken 1/3 the effort I had to learn a class…

Hope this thread is not the case, right ?

I’d love to have a chance to get it to use on my healer druid angel-like toon… I’d pay gems for it tho
