Hello, just need to clarify something. Is the exp reward at the end of the story dungeon a daily reward or can you keep running the story dungeon and get the same reward everytime?

so today i played WvW for the first time in 5months and the fps was amazing no lag at all using the WvW low graphics settings (I dont mind seeing lots of blue people). However anywhere else such as big world events there is massive lag. would be so cool if we could use have these same grpahic setting in the entire game.
