H.O.P.E IV the Catalyst

I have used the soul battery fragment to gather the four soul energies required to make “Energized Soul Battery Fragment” but it won’t unlock.
I have everything else in the collection except that, and the “Transcendent Energy”, which requires it.
I have redone the gathering of the soul energies, as well as destroying the soul battery fragment and getting a new one, to no avail.
I had this problem 6 months ago and submitted a bug report.

I’m working on HOPE T4 collection and noticed that aftercollecting all four soul energies, I didn’t receive the Energized Soul Battery Fragment collection unlock. I tried redoing some of the soul energy kills to see if one hadn’t properly registered but it didn’t work. please help

I have all four soul energies collected but the Energized soul battery fragment hasn’t unlocked. Do I have to do something unmentioned?

I had the same problem. Each time I went to the zone, the npc for the meta (whiptail, as well as the siege devourer) was frozen, unable to continue the meta progress.

I have 100% tyria and 100% all new content maps and I have yet to receive any rewards from the new maps. I thought it was just VB but it’s all new zones.
