Should I be going for Power/Precision/Toughness…

Or Power/Vitality/Toughness?

Hey guys, I’ve been playing my Elementalist alt lately, about to ding 80. I play MOSTLY WvWvW but every now and then I’ll do an explorable dungeon or some outdoor PvE. My question is, is there an optimal build for WvWvW as an elementalist for survivability/damage? What kind of gear should I be wearing? I was thinking power/vitality/precision but not sure what to do with toughness. I’ve been leveling as scepter/dagger and when I do WvWvW, it’s pretty tough to hit anything (compared to my necro or warrior anyway)

Define “grind”.

I’ve experienced 7 of the 9 fractals. I’ve only done a few explorable dungeons. I rarely farm karma in PvE. I have two level 80s and the power of my characters is on par with most others. I mostly play WvWvW and I enjoy the new content when it comes out (Lost Shores, Halloween etc.)

I’m a full-time student at a university, work almost full time, have a girlfriend and yet I can still play Guild Wars 2 pretty efficiently.

So please, define “grind” in your own words.

Okay and then completely leave the guild you’re currently a part of because you can’t transfer back because….well it’s full?

What if we play on a full server? What the hell are our friends supposed to do if they want to play with us? lol

Hey guys, I’ve recently hit 80 on my Necromancer and I leveled with a condition build.

I mainly play WvWvW with some PvE and I just wanted to get some input on where to go from here

Personally, I know I want to be stacking condition damage, toughness and precision. I play with scepter/dagger & staff.

For gear, I’m just farming the karma set from orr and some of the Khilbron stuff. Im not exactly sure on what kind of accessories to get however.

Does anyone have a gear & build setup that is optimal for WvWvW?

With all respect Gaile, you saying the “other” big MMO doesn’t have a restoration feature is just PLAIN WRONG. Very, very, very wrong. I’ve had two friends hacked and I guarantee they both have characters & items gone from the incident.
