i google this thread and just want to say:
i run in wvw with zergs on Sandy Bridge i5-2500k (time to time i overclocked to 4.4 ghz) + Radeon 5850 on auto graphic settings and fps and picture quality are OK…
then my motherboard die and burn cpu
but i have some hardware from old pc – Core 2 Quad Q8300 and at same settings i have very big lags… i overclock cpu from 2.5 to 3-3.4 ghz and fps bit better but still have lags… change settings to “all low” also give just a bit better fps but i still have lags…
so far i googled only two cpu benchmarks for gw2:
