if i may ask where r the appdata/Guild Wars 2/Local.dat ?
Open any folder and in the address bar enter the following, then press enter to open the folder where Local.dat is located:
%appdata%/Guild Wars 2/
The longer version is:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Guild Wars 2\
delete the whole guild wars 2 folder there ?

edit : used repair same error tried reinstalling same error and i even sent a ticket and i got no reply from the support till now

i dnt understand why no one from the support team or tech team just read this forum and tell us any info
guess they ll tell you like they told me after i sent the ticket its ur ISP i dnt get it
and no one from the support try to say anything in the forum or tell us a fix or anything and if you contact them they will tell you the problem is in your internet so i dnt understand really
i even used that repair method and still have it from time to time and if i want to remove it completely when i play i have to repair the game each time i play or open it and thats not a solution
i hope so but i hope more that whoever have this problem to keep posting so the forum doesnt get forgotten
well i did all what the support did and they said we will investigate and i had no reply since 3 days now
well i wld like ppl who have this problem to say it in the forums to pump it up its getting lost and forgotten as no one talks abt it
