I have bought gems once and I wonder why you have different stack sizes of gems, when you offer no incentive to buy the bigger stacks.
I’m unfortunate to have to pay in euros, and 800 gems cost 10 euros, 8000 gems cost 100 euros – meaning the first and the last gem cost exactly the same.
It is quite normal both in the virtual and certainly in the real world that you get a discount on a purchase when you buy in bulk, and considering that you buy 10 times as many gems if you buy the big pack compared to the smallest one I think it would be fair that you either got extra gems or a discount.
In its current form I have no incentive what so ever to chose the bigger pack over the smaller except for the convenience.
If I need lets say 800 gems to buy one of your offers there are no reason for me to be tempted and buy 1600 instead, since the price per gem is exactly the same.
If the price for 1600 gems was 18 euros instead of 20, then that would be 10% discount and I would consider it – if the discount continued to increase as you bought more and more gems, I think more people would consider buying more than they planned for.
It would be great if you considered it – I think you would experience an increase in gem sales.
Thanks
It would be great if you implemented a feature when having your bank open so that it would be possible to right click and select “Stack all items” – that would look for duplicates and stack them according to the stacking rules.
If you have many items in your bank, it can sometimes be hard to see if there are duplicate items unless you are very structured from the beginning.
Implementing this should not be that hard I assume, since you already have somewhat the same feature implemented in “Deposit all collectibles”.
Thanks
