I agree, it’s incredibly frustrating. Also quite frustrating to see a patch today with this issue still not addressed. Support emails are vague, stating “soon” it will be addressed but that the issue is complex and no ETA can be provided. My first support email sent a lengthy explanation of how to solve the issues with my minis (huh? umm, no), the second suggested fixes I clearly stated in the initial email that I had already tried, and the third essentially said that support can be of no assistance as this is a dev issue. They suggested we continue to watch and post in the forums, as apparently “developers read the forums daily.”

SO. Devs? Hi. Returning player here, pretty new to the game period. A very frustrated lady. I’ve quit and rejoined the two guilds I have (note, not fifth slot), invis’ed on and off a dozen times, logged, left the app off while invisible and guildless for two hours, changed the order of the guilds, asked to be invited to random guilds to add to the mix, swapped characters and factors of all the above, I’ve tried everything.

As my old guild from when I first started to play disbanded, I’m pretty much just wandering around solo at this point. I’m also not certain there’s any incentive for me to continue playing, if a development issue can linger for months on end and not be properly addressed.

sniff. it’s lonely.

This is very frustrating.

I have scoured these postings, trying every listed solution both here and on reddit. Nothing has worked.

Since we’re not able to get individual responses to bug reports, am I missing something? As a new-ish player, this is pretty much a deal killer for me.

friendly bump? Anyone else seeing this? Any workarounds?

ok, cool, thanks. yeah on my account it finally bound to the correct key of “7” with a little logging in and out and tweaking, but hitting “7” on the keyboard doesn’t actually work. I tried binding it to a mouse button as well to no effect. If anyone else can confirm the issue I’d appreciate it.

yeah that’s not working. It should, but it’s not working. I created a ranger and I’m having the same issue with the one I created.

Hi all,

I’m helping my mom with keybindings, and we can’t seem to find the keybinding for “attack my target” that the ranger uses. It’s bound to F1, obviously not the easiest of keys on a macbook pro laptop. The strange thing is, I tried to bind something else to F1 just to see if I could find the appropriate key, and it overwrote it to F +

Now I have no idea what that is, and I can’t seem to find the appropriate keybinding in the list to overwrite that button. Is this a known issue? Seems to be a ranger only issue, as I have no problems with any keybindings on my mesmer. Thanks!
