Thanks for the response Gaile. Apparently my account is closed for payment fraud and awaiting review (!) My question is: I have not had an official ticket response yet, just this forum response and wondered if it’s too early to contact the original seller while wait I wait for Anet to review my situation

Hey, I was hoping you could look into my case. I was suspended Friday 26th for an account issue shortly after transfering server. I just checked up on my ticket and noticed it was “closed” even though I’m still waiting for a response. thanks in advance
