I concur this is not user end deficiency. Have been getting constant disconnects in Toypocalypse after 10-20mins of play. Originally thought it’s a McAfee issue, uninstalled it, still disconnecting. Would be good if Anet could help to confirm this.

Hi all,
I’m currently having severe FPS issues with Fractals dungeon. I’m having no issues with AC, but whenever I enter Fractals, my FPS drop. I’m getting 60ish FPS on Optimal Settings in AC and around 30ish FPS in Performance Settings in FoTM. Just like to confirm is this a FoTM issue or is it my PC issue. To add to this, my brother’s laptop can run both AC and FoTM smoothly, so I’m really confused what’s the issue here.
