I have been trying to buy games with my debit card, but an error keeps poppin up when I press the confirm button. It says that I should check my billing address or try again. I checked my billing address, and checked if my card worked. Does anybody have the same issues or solutions?

Hurray to the GW2 for fixing the login error! but… I can’t buy any gems. Is says to check my billing address or try again. I read other threads where people were having the same issue a while ago, but still not fixed. Anybody else have the same problem or solution?
