So it seems my account is disabled because i bought my copy from an not official gw2 partner. Is there anything that can be done by costumer support or i must refund my money from where i bought it (which is not an easy task….)??
So, 3 days ago when i tried to log into the game i could not, and since then i get the two following errors:
“Connection failed.Please try again” (error code 122.4.5.1270)
or
“The server was unable to authenticate your game play privileges. Please contact customer support to provide them with your registered email.” (error code 21.6.3.2114)
I contacted customer support and still no response ( ref # 120904-003093)…
can i get some help here please….
