When I started playing Guild Wars 2 back in beta, it was to have some fun doing casual pvp with my best friends. It never occurred to me that Id be shout-casting a tournament 2 years later.
DPS would like to thank the players who made this event happen, the members of the community who stepped up and helped last minute and ArenaNet for having faith in us and asking us to run the event.
I know there were several bumps in the road today (A team we were supposed to stream dropped out, some admins messed up, the INFAMOUS static that keeps my tech guy awake at night, etc.) but the amount of support the GW2 pvp community has shown DPS over the last 3 months has been INCREDIBLE and for that we are truly blessed.
