Guild Wars 2

So i bought the game on release and didnt really play much. I did make a few characters so i have a few of the free level 30 things . I was just wondering. Where do i start with a new character? I feel overwhelmed when logging in and dont know where i should start. Any information to help me level and get to 80 would be appreciated . Game looks a lot of fun just very overwhelming for someone whos brain has been toxified from the WoW way.

So i reinstalled the game after not playing for 3 years and want to join my friend in europe. I dont mind creating a new toon due to the fact it seems the game is awesome and has granted me some free level 30 characters. It just seems like im stuck on the original “home world” unless i transfer and spend money to do so. If thats the scenario. Im really turned off by the fact each of my toons cant be on individual servers.

If im mistake PLEASE let me know so i can get to killing monster pixels with my homie from the netherlands.
