The scepter is a decent weapon and i use it often in pve when faced with champion or other high damage mobs however there many situations in wvwvw where it does not work well. I don’t think it would be far fetched to get a short bow for a true ranged weapon given that we have a spell to summon spirit weapons with one of them being a bow.
