So, I got an answer to my ticket, and apparently they’re going to issue me yet another refund. Lol.
I’m totally fine with that, just waiting for response. Thought I’d share my silly situation.
Already filed a ticket, but 24 hours without a fix.
Let me preface by saying that I don’t blame anyone for this but myself.
So, I’d bought the game about a week ago, and was so frustrated by the lack of PVP (no 3v3, no deathmatches, no 2v2, not even dueling) that I asked for a refund. I received a refund. Fast forward a few days, and I am willing to overlook the ridiculous lack of PVP. Maybe they’ll add something later, after all. Who cares, maybe I’ll just keep playing. So I buy another game…
Well, as I’m registering my serial code, it asks me: “Do you have an existing account”, why yes I do. And I click yes, and my modern browser immediately jumps in to help. Let me log in for you, my browser says, and logs in for me. Except… now I can’t log in to the game. That account has been suspended for a refund, and both my old and my new serial numbers are registered to it. Wow.
Now I’ve dropped 120 dollars on a game I can’t even play. This is embarrassing, but I could use some help here…. please… like right now…. Please?
