Hall of Monuments has a POI called “Scrying Pool”. Hope that doesn’t count toward 100% completion. I can port there for being linked to at GW1 accounts. I don’t know if a way in for non-linked accounts or if you need it even.
Sorry, when he said "I cannot react to opponents actions if i do not see them. "
Seemed like rendering less lag protection to me.

I’m never seen combat lag in GW2, like when a skill is pressed and won’t activate. Never ran a direction and been teleported back a few seconds in time like GW1 did. Never had screen freeze.
It seem to be lag vs rendering. As more and more ppl/loot/mobs appear, less is rendered so you don’t lag out. I can usually see up to 50 object before things start rendering less (2.5Ghz, HD4850 less than most use).
High populated area’s seem get rendering issues, where I’m being killed by something I don’t see. If there’s 40 pickups laying on the ground and a wave a 10 come in, you may not see them at all. What you can do is fire in the same direction that your turrets or pets are moving and hope for the best. AOE on yourself and watch combat log. Pickup loot in combat. Move away from the highly active area not rendering.
It’s going to at least quadruple. But you can’t know without doing it.

If you trust the company you buy from, you should be okay.
New content is free for the current world. You don’t have to buy expansions to continue playing in this world.
Normally expansions have a substantial amount of content, near the the amount of the initial release. Expansion will probably cost $60 to $10 depending how close to release you buy them. Expansions might release every 9 to 18 months.
