We are a small group of friends who would like to expand a little bit.
My name is Aeron and at the moment there’s me, Diego, Mina and occasionally also Tessa (very elusive, not always around).
TL;DR
This is more of a close-knit internet family with a guild tag than a well organised guild. We’re semi-casual players but we do follow meta and run endgame content such as T4 fractals and raids (with a PUG guild atm). We’re looking for like minded people to join us. Beginner or veteran doesn’t matter. Our dream goal would be to get a group of around 10 so we can practise raids together.

/TL;DR
Who are we?
We are a few guildies who’ve stayed together for a long time even after our guilds “death”.
A guild I ran myself for about a year after I took over from the original leader and founder of the guild.
Due to lack of time and energy to keep replacing the seemingly vanishing members who stopped playing or just left us. The guild inevitably died down again.
We are now forced to rely on other bigger guilds for things like guild missions and other content that requires more people, something we want to change!
The name of the guild is Dragons of Dusk and Dawn [DDD] although these days we refer to ourselves more as the Donkeys of dusk and dawn…
We’re not quite sure if we can live up to the name of dragons… Let’s just say we like to have fun and sometimes mistakes are made ;) …that’s okay right?
So far guild level is 27 and we had all pre-HoT upgrades (been around since day 1).
We are slowly working our way up the levels and will soon begin to pimp the hall(Gilded Hollow) with more decorations as we only have a stairway to heaven made from SAB clouds at the moment.
We are active pretty much every day from about 17:00 until midnight CET, it varies of course based on school/work but that’s our prime time.
What do we do?
Screw ups aside, the 3-4 of us that remain are semi-casual players in our early 20s. We rarely grind but we do clear endgame content such as T4 fractals almost daily.
Same goes for 8-path dungeon tours for that 5g + extra tokens, we tend to alternate between fractals and dungeons. The occasional weekend might see them both in one day.
In the case of dungeons we sometimes switch it up with extra heals and “just for fun” builds when we let the low levels tag along.
Two of us are also active in a PUG raid guild where we clear wing 1 and most – if not all – of wing 2 every monday.
Thus, we do run meta builds when doing instanced content (who cares in open world anyway).
On the PvP side we are most active during the seasons obviously and two of us reached diamond last season aiming for the legendary backpiece.
We mostly queue up duo because what else can we do?
WvW doesn’t see much of us partially because one of us is on a different server and in case you’ve been living under a rock WvW has been dead anyway.
Now when people are getting back into it we might check it out when we feel like it (but again, different servers).
Will you be our new friend?
We are looking for like-minded people who are willing to get to know us and stay with us as this is not a properly organised guild anymore, we do whatever we feel like whenever we feel like doing it.
(although we do plan certain things).
As mentioned we are more of a group of friends with a guild tag.
We don’t care if you are new to the game or a GW1 veteran, we’ll teach you! Or maybe you will teach us?
We do prefer you being around our age so at least 18 years old and not easily offended as our conversations can get very inapropriate and things easily get out of hand.
Like seriously i don’t know what is wrong with us, sometimes we seem to get drunk without even touching alcohol :)
As we welcome friends both with and without experience we don’t care what gear you have or what you have accomplished, we only ask that you are aware of the meta or willing to learn and follow it.
We obviously also expect you to converse with us using your undeniably beautiful voice on our cozy little Ts3 server. Text chat just doesn’t cut it! We will of course give you time to adjust if you are a very shy person ;)
All in all we will welcome anyone we feel comfortable with and who feels comfortable with us.
We are a close-knit little family and we would love to become a slightly bigger family!
Our dream goal would be to get a nice group of around 10 so that we can finally do guild missions and more importantly practise raids together as Donke-I mean Dragons of Dusk and Dawn!
