The fact that not one of you has mentioned southsun cove, (presumably because you have all forgotten already) and the empty hole that zone is now, speaks volumes to
whats about to happen to Teq.

They did’nt learn from the mistake they made at southsun cove, they took the same
mistake and made it worse.

In a week, no one will care about Teq, and we will never be able to get
enough people to take him down, not to mention the blatant disregard
to exclude builds from even contributing.

False advertising = Lie

You can delude yourself all you want and try to manipulate the sentence to mean something else. You can throw any factors into the equation you want however
False advertising = Lie

Unless your one of the people who bought 100+ Halloween chests and got 0 skins and then was foolish enough to buy 100+ dragon chests and walk away with 2 ticket
skins then sure you got “greater chances”. For myself I bought 5 Halloween boxes, so
my expectation are perfectly reasonable when I see Anet/NCsoft GO OUT OF THEIR
WAY to advertise “greater chances” to expect just that “greater chances” so I bought
10 Dragon boxes I didn’t see any “greater chances” in fact I got less from them then I
did 10 normal boxes. That’s false advertising which is a lie.

At page 15 its unlikely this will actually be read, but i should have probably posted this here
Anet has lost this customer.
After opening 1000+ regular chests and getting nothing but 3 minis and a crap ton of candy
I went and bought 10 of the rich coffers, and I got less from the rich coffers then I would
have from 10 regular coffers, and still no ticket despite the “greater chances”

in the past, ive always thrown a few dollars Anets direction buying 1 pack of chests for the event if
I enjoyed the event. Knowing exactly that there was pretty much 0 chance on a skin.
However after the advertising from Anets own page

“which offers a greater chance to receive rare items like holographic minis and the Dragon’s Jade weapon skins! “
My expectations were altered, this clearly shows false advertising, I wont support a company
who blatantly lies to is customers.

So ive been playing for about 2 weeks now and lurking the forums for a bit longer
and I have a question, I cant find an answer for.

Im not in front of my game atm so I don’t have exact stats but that’s not the question, so
I hit lvl 14 last night, and bought some green items off the TP. They have a relic attached to them, one of them is.

Minor relic of the lich, ( 1 / 2 )
(1) +10 to some stat (which is highlighted blue)
(2) Some other bonus (which is grayed out)

How do I upgrade the armor/weapon to get both bonuses
